As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executingAnura's marketing strategy to generate new business leads and increase revenue. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate leads and increase revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage a marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Develop and maintain a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other content to attract and engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage content updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, prepare marketing collateral for events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques and incorporate them into our marketing strategy as appropriate.
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Ability to travel daily to Anura Headquarters in Middletown, DE
  • Alignment with Anura’s Core Values: Authentic, Never Satisfied, United, Reliable, and A lot of fun
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
