Anura is looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help us grow. We are on pace to double in size this year but need an increased flow of qualified leads for our inside sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start a sales career on the ground floor of today’s most exciting tech startup!

What You'll Do

  • Become an expert at using lead generation tools to generate lists of target prospect accounts
  • Reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with Anura’s solution, i.e., cold prospecting
  • Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
  • Schedule discovery calls for our account executives
  • Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email, and social touches
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Ability to travel daily to Anura Headquarters in Middletown, DE
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Demonstrate you're not afraid of the phone
  • Ability to connect with influencers and key decision-makers within large organizations.
  • Organized and possess strong time management skills
  • Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota every month
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced, start-up environment

  • Show up to work on time and ready!

Would be nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup environment because sometimes you will be expected to wear multiple hats
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • A non-allergy to our office cat, Dunkin'
