As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on Anura’s platform. This position serves and supports customer satisfaction and customer retention, specifically in the area of product utilization, ensuring that the client receives maximum value and benefit.

Who You Are

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on Anura’s platform. This position serves and supports customer satisfaction and customer retention, specifically in the area of product utilization, ensuring that the client receives maximum value and benefit. You must be a team player who enjoys solving puzzles, is tech-savvy, and is comfortable working with a range of different software apps and technical complexities. More importantly, you are experienced in working with clients as you are their first impression of Anura, and genuinely want to help them mitigate Ad Fraud.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with Anura’s prospective and existing customers to enable the most effective and seamless onboarding and implementation experience for them.
  • Onboard and train account users via demos, presentations, collateral, and webinars.
  • Interact with customers frequently during the implementation phase via e-mail, one-on-one telephone calls, conference calls, and online demonstrations.
  • Ensure proper and consistent communication of implementation status.
  • Be the primary technical resource and point of contact for our clients.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of client issues by becoming proficient with Anura’s software.
  • Develop and update training guides.
  • Recognize and identify potential areas where existing implementation policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, particularly to facilitate company growth and product expansion.
  • Ensure sure clients are 100% satisfied.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Ability to travel daily to Anura Headquarters in Middletown, DE
  • Excellent English language oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in onboarding new clients to software.
  • Basic programming knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to diagnose problems, think quickly on your feet, and problem-solve.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • You’re not afraid to be a team player or the go-between and referee when needed.
  • Patience and ability to receive both positive and negative feedback.

Would be nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role ideally for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organization.
  • Experience with technical software industry or related.
  • Be outgoing, have a good sense of humor, and be confident.
  • A non-allergy to our office cat, Dunkin'
