Anura Solutions is looking for a Vice President of Sales. The VP of Sales is responsible for building a world-class sales strategy and will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing sales team selling our Ad Fraud Solution.

What You'll Do

  • Oversees all selling-related systems including managing, recruiting, retaining, and developing a sales team.
  • Supports leadership in understanding the pipeline, forecasts, and other KPIs.
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales methodology to acquire new clients through outbound and inbound Sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement training and professional development programs to drive consistently high performance across the entire sales organization.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce the cost of customer acquisition.
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Contribute to building a winning culture that attracts and retains the best and the brightest.
  • Setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Performing other duties as required or assigned.

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Ability to travel daily to Anura Headquarters in Middletown, DE, and show up on time and ready to work!
  • 3+ years sales leadership experience with a minimum of 1-year experience selling SaaS and/or enterprise software.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Knowledge and understanding of general online business, advertising, and marketing principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, HubSpot, and related computer programs.
  • Proven experience in hiring and scaling a sales team in prior roles.
  • Proven leader and motivator; unafraid to roll-up sleeves, get it done, and "lead from the front”.
  • Results-oriented and driven to succeed with the ability to attract individuals with similar characteristics.

Would Be Nice To Have

  • Experience in a startup environment because sometimes you will be expected to wear multiple hats.
  • A non-allergy to our office cat, Dunkin'
  • Knowledge of technical and/or digital advertising terms.
