Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager at Anura plays a pivotal role in transitioning sales prospects into active users. This position focuses on nurturing client relationships, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring long-term success with our services.

This position is located in Middletown, Delaware.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain client relationships, acting as a primary liaison between the client and Anura.
  • Process and manage client contracts and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare for client meetings, problem-solving, and strategizing.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer references, referrals, and to develop case study ideas.
  • Work across various teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the sales team by understanding client needs and providing sales assistance when needed.
  • Build trust and enhance brand loyalty to secure long-term client relationships.
  • Organize and conduct quarterly client meetings and training sessions.
  • Host client training webinars.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and pertinent information in HubSpot.
  • Develop and oversee referral programs.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required or assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive, energetic, and client-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, HubSpot, and other relevant software.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Understanding of digital advertising terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
