Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager at Anura plays a pivotal role in transitioning sales prospects into active users. This position focuses on nurturing client relationships, fostering brand loyalty, and ensuring long-term success with our services.
This position is located in Middletown, Delaware.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client relationships, acting as a primary liaison between the client and Anura.
- Process and manage client contracts and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare for client meetings, problem-solving, and strategizing.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to gather customer references, referrals, and to develop case study ideas.
- Work across various teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the sales team by understanding client needs and providing sales assistance when needed.
- Build trust and enhance brand loyalty to secure long-term client relationships.
- Organize and conduct quarterly client meetings and training sessions.
- Host client training webinars.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and pertinent information in HubSpot.
- Develop and oversee referral programs.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, HubSpot, and other relevant software.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of digital advertising terminology.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
